UPDATE May 21st, 2011
Please note that there is a new and easier way to manage multiple Streamio accounts:
Manage Multiple Accounts
One of the questions we’ve been asked several times these last couple of days is how a user (such as a freelance designer, developer or producer) can create and effectively manage multiple Streamio accounts on behalf of their customers.
By setting up separate Streamio accounts for your clients, you will be able to invite and add new users to each respective account, easily upgrade or downgrade each account whenever you need, keep track of how much storage and traffic is used for each client each month, etc.
Well, as usual, we tried to make this really, really simple for you:
If you already have an account at Streamio, all you have to do is to go to our Pricing & Plans page and sign up for a new Free Trial account using the same e-mail and password you used when signing up for your first account – just give this account another name (the name of your customer, for example).
Now, when you sign in to Streamio, you can easily select or switch between the “customer accounts” you manage by selecting the appropriate account in the upper-left hand corner of the main menu.
That’s all there is to it!
Oh, one last thing… There are no limits to the amount of Free Trial accounts you can add this way, so feel free to create as many as you need to manage you clients content effectively!
We hope you will find this feature really useful!
If you have any questions, just beep us an e-mail.
